It wasn't till we were locked up in the Myrmidon that I understood what that cost him. He'd lost everything--family, friends, everything--being Moon Knight. Becoming the Big Dog. But he didn't want to be the Big Dog anymore. He wanted to be better. That was when I got to thinking, for the first time. Being a super villain hadn't got me anywhere. And if this guy, the guy we all thought was such a badass, was able to survive losing everything and still wanted to do better... then what was stopping me? What did I have to lose? Maybe I'm not a badass. Knowing what it cost Moon Knight, maybe I don't want to be. But seeing what wanting to be better brought him--this place, these people--that was what I wanted.
