History

Venice Doadi was a Spider-Totem who used her powers as the superhero White Widow. She can excrete toxins. White Widow was recruited by Spider-Man and Spider-Zero to rescue Spiderling from within the Web of Life and Destiny.

• White Widow originated as a "Spidersona"—a type of fan-created character inspired by the film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Marvel Comics contacted some fans to create new Spidersonas specifically to be showcased in Spider-Verse (Vol. 3). White Widow was first introduced in the Spider-Verses profile back-up feature of Spider-Verse (Vol. 3) #3 before making her in-story debut in Spider-Verse (Vol. 3) #6 alongside the other nine Spidersonas.
