History

The history of this Edward Brock, more specifically how he ended up with the Alien Symbiote Venom and his hatred for Spider-Man, are most likely identical to those of his Earth-616 counterpart.

In another battle with his nemesis Spider-Man, Edward was defeated when the Human Torch brought Spider-Man a sonic blaster with which Spider-Man was able to separate Edward and the symbiote. Edward was arrested afterwards.
