History
The Vermillions are androids used by Division 3. They resemble humans with bowl cuts, prominent mustaches, and feminine bodies who speak in digitally-altered voice pitches. The Vermillions are connected to Admiral Fukyama and enable him to interact with the world, describing themselves as "the machine that bleeds".[1]
