History

Vijay Nadeer was the brother of United States of America senator Ellen Nadeer. He was exposed to Terrigen Mist and was revealed to have Inhuman genes when he underwent Terrigenesis. However, unlike other Inhumans he remained trapped in his cocoon for months until he was eventually freed from it.
