Vince Granetti was a man who ran a company called Consolidated Importers which used the company to run drugs through the Florida Keys into the United States. His company attempted a buyout of Newell Industries for which Janet Van Dyne was one of the principal shareholders. She refused to sell and instead bought out the other shareholders' stake. Granetti was confronted by Spider-Man who admitted to hiring Paladin to convince her to sell to him.[1]
