Like every creature found on the Beyonder'sBattleworld following the conclusion of the first Secret Wars, Dracula was the product of the subconscious mind of the Fantastic Four'sThing.[2] (The Thing had decided to remain on Battleworld [3] after discovering he could change back and forth between human and Thing forms.[4]) Each of these creations were based off some aspect of Ben's memories or personality, with entirely fabricated backgrounds and origins. [2] Dracula was formed out of Ben's childhood love for monster movies.
Dracula invited Ben into his home when Grimm was being chased by a ghoul riding a horse-drawn hearse. Ben was welcome into Dracula's home, however when Ben inadvertently transformed into the Thing, Dracula attacked him. Transforming into his bat form, Dracula forced the Thing into the dungeon of his castle, where the Thing later slew him by driving a splinter of wood into Dracula's heart. [1]

Presumably the same abilities as Vampires, however he only displayed the ability to transform into a humanoid bat form.
Weaknesses
Presumably the same weaknesses as an ordinary vampire, however he only exhibited the weakness of having a stake pierce his heart.
