History

W.E.S.P.E. was a terrorist organization located in Germany which was shut down by Blue Marvel and Captain Germany.

It was later revealed Dr. Positron used to work for them in order to fund his plans, who used what was left of W.E.S.P.E.'s equipment as his own.

• W.E.S.P.E. members seem to hate Hydra because of their devotion to Nazism while they consider themselves nihilists who believe in nothing.
