History

Walter Reed Army Medical Center was the primary medical center of the United States Armed Forces. Dr. Anderson was admitted there after his rescue by the Human Torch and Toro, and during his stay he sent for Captain America to warn him that the Nazis were using some chemical component to imitate the Super-Soldier Serum.
