History
Loki claimed that he found the Wand of Wutevar in the Collector's collection and that it was full of "mystery magic" from the Elders of the Universe. He used it to repair the Bifrost and the wand snapped in half in the process. However, the "wand" was apparently whittled driftwood and it is not clear how much of Loki's story was true, if at all.[1]
