The life of this Wanda Maximoff followed a similar path to her Earth-616 counterpart up until she and Wonder Man were abducted by the Apocalypse Twins.
Even though Wanda and Simon planned to follow the Twins' plan and cast a spell to bring all of mutantkind to their ship, they expected to use it against them and bring all of mutantkind to fight against the Twins.[1]
As they were performing the spell, Rogue and Sunfire arrived to the Twin's Ark to stop them. Before she could explain to Rogue that she was on their side, the Scarlet Witch was stabbed by Anna Marie, using retractable claws she had acquired from absorbing Wolverine's powers. With her last breath, Wanda finished the spell.[2]
