He was one of the few X-Men who wasn't present when the Sentinels attacked.[2] Restoring his Adamantium wings, he joined Wolverine's new X-Men. After five years working with the X-Men, he was injured by a Weapon X controlled Agent Zero.[3] When the mutant factions meet in New York, he was there as the leader of his own unnamed group.[4] He was later killed in the final assault of Weapon X headquarters.[5]
