History

The first Horseman was the son of a nobleman who abandoned everything to follow En Sabah Nur. To recognize his loyalty, Lord Apocalypse pledged that, even after forsaking his riches, the nobleman would never step on the dirt again. He was awarded wings made of Celestial Metal and the title of Angel of Death. He was given dominion over the Westlands, where every soul, be it aristocrat or commoner, must go when they cross the veil.
