Notes
- Hellstorm states that Allatou's lair is one of the Caverns of Hell through which the River of Death runs dark and deep. Next issue, those caverns will be referenced as the Caverns of Hades. The profile on the Cat People in Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Update '89 #1 states that these other-dimensional realms are part of an interconnected series of netherworld pocket dimensions known collectively as Hades, after the most infamous of those realms, the one ruled by Mephisto. That profile also states that this Hades is not to be confused with the Olympian underworld of the same name, which is ruled by the god Pluto.
- It has never been established if these demon-realms are part of Hell itself or are just many separate Hell Dimensions.
Trivia
- The street number of Daimon and Patsy's San Francisco home is 666, the so-called Number of the Beast.
- The partially-obscured sign in front of their home reads "No Parking at any time under penalty of eternal damnation."
- Except for the placement of the comma, the title of this issue's story ("Tigra, Tigra Burning Bright!") is the same as the title of the story ("Tigra Tigra, Burning Bright!") in Marvel Team-Up #67.
