History
Westport was an American city in an unidentified state. This town was full of corruption in 1946 and the government here was controlled by mobster Dan Grogan. Those not under the thumb of Grogan were assisted by the Human Torch and Toro in removing Grogan and the corrupt politicians from power.[1]
