Synopsis
In the enigmatic Quantum Realm, Hank Pym embarks on a daring expedition to rescue his long-lost wife, Janet van Dyne. Their reunion, however, takes a harrowing turn when Janet inadvertently infects Pym with a devastating quantum virus. Returning to Earth, the contagion spreads rapidly, triggering a nightmarish zombie apocalypse that devours civilization. Amidst the desolation, a small group of resilient survivors—comprising Bruce Banner, Hope van Dyne, Peter Parker, Bucky Barnes, Okoye, Sharon Carter, Happy Hogan, and Kurt—endure in the perilous aftermath. Hope, Carter, and Hogan fall victim to the relentless zombie hordes during a perilous journey to Camp Lehigh, their intended destination holding the promise of a potential cure. At Camp Lehigh, the survivors encounter Vision, who harbors a sliver of hope in the form of the Mind Stone—a beacon for reversing the virulent plague. Witnessing a cured yet disembodied Scott Lang, sustained in a jar, offers a glimmer of possibility. However, a chilling revelation dawns as the infected Wanda Maximoff proves immune to the proposed cure, with Vision resorting to a horrific means: feeding parts of T'Challa to satiate her hunger. As chaos erupts, Maximoff breaks free from her confines, unleashing fury upon Kurt, Okoye, and Barnes, leaving a trail of devastation in her wake. Vision, grappling with guilt and despair, makes a fateful decision, sacrificing himself by bestowing the Mind Stone upon Parker.
Banner, unleashing his alter ego as the Hulk, valiantly confronts Maximoff, sacrificing himself to afford the others a chance to flee. Determined to propagate the Stone's curative energy, Parker, Lang, and T'Challa embark on a perilous journey to Wakanda. However, their quest unravels into a confrontation with an unexpected adversary: a zombified Thanos, wielding a near-complete Infinity Gauntlet, casting a shadow of daunting peril upon their mission.
