Wilhelm von Sin was a Nazi scientist who had developed a new kind of bomb that could sink British ships. The bombs were placed on remote controlled planes that would utilized powerful magnets to pull the plane toward a targeted ship. It was packed with enough explosives to destroy an entire British battle ship.
During test runs of the weapon, Sin was interrupted by Kevin Marlow and his fiancée Florence von Banger who then sabotaged the weapon. Sin had the couple arrested and locked up in a concentration camp. At that moment, he was called by Adolf Hitler. Seeing Hitler in the middle of a manic episode, Sin tried to cheer up his leader by promising to destroy many British ships in his honor. Hitler was slightly uplifted by this but also demanded that Sin eliminate the Nazis' local enemy the Destroyer.
Unknown to Sin and his minions, Marlow was really the Destroyer, and he soon escaped from the concentration camp and changed into his costumed identity. He arrived just as Sin released his army of drone planes, and in the struggle with Nazi forces managed to get to the controls and forced all the drone planes to crash into the English channel. In a one-on-one clash with the Destroyer, Sin was easily overpowered and thrown off a cliff by the hero to his death.
