History
Sandman shared a similar history to his Earth-616 counterpart until Norman Osborn learned of the existence of the Infinity Gauntlet. Sandman was a member of the army of super-villains that Osborn assembled to help him obtain the Infinity Gems from each of the Illuminati. This was later shown in a simulation by Norman to his father who he had brought forward in time.[1]
