History

Reverend William Conover ran a crusade at the Red Rock Amphitheater near Denver, Colorado, which ended up being attacked by the Brood. This attack was repelled by the X-Men, which led to the Reverend going public with his pro-mutant beliefs. Since M-Day, he has helped depowered mutants reintegrate into the society, and offered them counsel.
