History
Early Life
Billy Russo was the son to a meth addict, who abandoned him outside a fire station in Albany. Moving from foster home to foster home, he was brought into the Ray of Hope group home. During his time there, he attempted to defend himself against Authur Walsh with a stickball bat but suffered from an arm injury.[3]
Operation Cerberus
Russo enlisted in the United States Marine Corps; he met Frank Castle, the two befriended each other and had, during one mission, aided one another while trapped inside a house in Barsa, Iraq. He became one of several selected elites to be part of a covert operative team.[2]Attributes
