On Earth-TRN461, Doctor Octopus met Spider-Man on the Williamsburg Bridge under the pretenses of killing Spidey before Octavius' body could decay. This was a distraction that allowed an Octobot to switch the two's body, with Parker dying in Octavius' body and Octavus becoming the new Spider-Man.[3]
