—Wilson Fisk[source]Idiot! I'm the one who kept order in this city! One month! In one month, you'll wish you had me back!
History
Early Life[]
Wilson Fisk was the CEO of Fisk Industries and also New York City biggest crime boss known under the moniker as "The Kingpin", who made his fortune selling spices. Controlling the ins and outs of the criminal underworld, he hid in plain sight as a wealthy philanthropist. One day however one of Fisk criminal enforcers was captured by the newest hero of New York City known as Spider-Man. While Fisk managed to get the enforcer out of jail swiftly Wilson made it his duty to get rid of this young hero. At some point, Fisk held a science fair which Peter Parker won with his project. The young boy begrudgingly accepted the trophy award but declined his money, but he did accept a lifetime supply of backpacks. For 8 years, Kingpin and Spider-Man clashed numerous times, with Spider-Man's many attempts to expose the crime lord failing. The first time they fought, Kingpin fatally wounded Spider-Man by cutting him open with a 14th century Katana, resulting in Spider-Man running to Mary Jane Watson’s home, on the verge of death. Horrified by this, she stole her father’s car and took him to a hospital where he made a full recovery. On another occasion, Kingpin brutally beat Spider-Man with a pair of brass knuckledusters. Spider-Man wanted to use them as evidence against him, only for Mary Jane to point out that Peter would be trespassing, preventing this idea from seeing the light of day. Fisk also funded the construction of the laboratory that was to be used by Oscorp on a secret project, codenamed "Devil's Breath." Afraid that the results of such project could be disastrous to the city, Fisk did everything he could to hide any evidence of its existence in his possession, even comparing it to Pandora's Box.
Marvel's Spider-Man[]
He was finally arrested on October 2018 by Spider-Man and Captain Yuri Watanabe, after his criminal acts have been publicly proven. He attempted to escape the city, sending all of his henchmen to delay the authorities, but was finally caught after battling Spider-Man and placed in the Raft.
However, Fisk correctly predicted that his arrest would cause crime rates to skyrocket as new and returning criminal figures would attempt to fill a power vacuum. He maintained his cashflow via fraudulent construction sites throughout the city. These were eventually shut down by the police, with help from Spider-Man. Enraged, Fisk threatened to finish Spider-Man for good once he is released.
Fisk owned a massive collection of statues and relics from eastern cultures, which were later auctioned at Rose Rosemann's auction house. Curiously, one of these statues was used by Fisk as a safe for storing the file about the Devil's Breath.[1]
Spider-Man: Miles Morales[]
Since his arrest, the Underground began occupying Fisk Tower and his fraudulent construction fronts.
Fisk recruited some of his former associates to destabilize a community within Harlem with crime and drive out its local businesses, using the chaos to purchase land for his criminal empire. His men caught wind of a new Spider-Man and informed him sometime before or during this.
Miles and Ganke were able to locate their base of operations and sever Fisk's means of communication with his men, but not before he taunted the youth and ordered an assault on C.J. Walker Park in retaliation. Fisk gained an extended sentence and was placed under heavier surveillance.[2]Attributes
