History

Wilson Fisk is Peter Parker's lawyer.

When Peter Parker from a different reality turned up, Wilson was somehow in league with Spider-Carnage, and betrayed Peter. When he was shocked to learn that Spider-Carnage planned to destroy everyone, Peter told him Spider-Carnage lied to him ("and it's not the first time").
