Kingpin is responsible for the Tech Warriors roaming the city, having had Vulture create equipment for his soldiers.

He is first seen in person trying to leave the city for his country estate, but the S.H.I.E.L.D. quarantine stops him. When Spider-Man arrives on the scene, the Kingpin questions where all the geniuses are and what they're doing to stop this, putting the idea in Spider-Man's head to bust the Tinkerer out of Rykers.

He appears again at Rykers in order to take possession of the Tinkerer, but S.H.I.E.L.D. apprehends the villain instead.

Later, when the Symbiotes overrun the city, Spider-Man is tasked by S.H.I.E.L.D. to go to Fisk and request the use of his tower in order to set up a base. The villain agrees on the condition Spider-Man do his bidding, starting with re-enabling the defenses he shut off whilst breaking into the building in the first place. He is then present at the meeting with Tinkerer, Vulture, Spider-Man and Black Widow.

Acting as the contact for Spider-Man's next few missions, he sends Peter after the Symbiote Pods as well as pitting him against the now Symbiote Electro, and was present when Tinkerer's device was ready to destroy the symbiotes.

Should Spider-Man follow a dark path, he, Black Widow and the Tinkerer will join forces to take down Spider-Man, along with Wolverine.[1]

Powers

Seemingly those of the Kingpin of Earth-616.
