After an attack on Antlion Control Center on Moon by Latverian missiles, Dr. Doom became the primary suspect and was taken into custody. While transferring him to New York, Kang helped him to fly away. After that he met Morgan Le Fay in Queens where she summoned The Witness to predict the future of Dr. Doom. He predicted that 'It's...It's...the saddest day...on...Earth...it's beautiful.[1]
