Wiz Kid's vehicle was an electric wheelchair used by Wiz Kid and continually modified by his technoformation mutant powers.
History
After the accident that killed his parents and paralyzed him, Taki Matsuya required the use of an electric wheelchair. However, when his mutant powers of technoformation manifest, he began modifying his wheelchair and other materials into other vehicles.[1]

First intentional transformation
To save Artie and Leech from Demons, Taki unknowingly changed his wheelchair into a "Goblin Buster". Unfortunately, Leech's powers deactivated Taki's powers and collapsed the chair. Later, Taki was able to intentionally technoformed his wheelchair into a helicopter and used a garbage can to create an engine. After flying the helicopter to pick up the Skids, Rictor, and Boom-Boom, Taki upgrade from his small helicopter into a larger flying car powered by Boom-Boom's time bombs. Their next stop was picking up Rusty Collins and transforming Taki's vehicle into a tank.[1] With the team assembled, they landed in New York City where Taki disguised the extra material from his chair as a dumpster.[2] Later, while fighting demons, Wiz Kid created linked biplanes with seats for all his teammates.[3]
It appears that Wiz Kid has recently abandoned his electric wheelchair and adopted Professor X's old Hoverchair.[4]
