History
This unnamed decoy of Baron Wolfgang von Strucker was hired by Strucker himself to impersonate him in some occasions. He was in charge of an Hydra meeting in Djerba, Tunisia, were he imprisoned Captain America's sidekick, Bucky; he was going to kill him "for the glory of Hydra", but he was shotted with an head-kick by Bucky and later killed. Nick Fury recognised this "Baron Strucker" as an impersonator due to his brown eyes, since Strucker had blue eyes.[1]
