History

Little was detailed about Wong’s life before the zombie plague arrived on Earth-2149, however it can be presumed that it followed much the same path as his Earth-616 counterpart.

Presumably, when Dr. Strange left for the SHIELD Helicarrier, Wong stayed behind to look after the Sanctum. He may also have believed it was the safest place. However, when Dr. Druid somehow gained access to the building he was killed and eaten by the magician.
