Synopsis for "The Man Who Couldn't Be Touched!"

A scientist correctly predicts atomic war and develops a force field to remain behind. His calculations of its duration are incorrect, however, as he believes the war will last twenty years when it only lasts for months. After twenty years he emerges from behind his force field to learn that a serum has been developed to allow people to live for a thousand years but it has no effect on anyone over thirty.

Synopsis for "The Captive Brain!"

Ralph Whipple fell in the shower and hit his head which somehow gave him the gift to see into the future. After finding out about his powers his boss, Arnold Brill, attempted to have Ralph exploit his gifts for profit. Ralph declined and so Brill hired thugs to rough him up in order to comply. Ralph knowing the future was able to evade them until Brill decided to target Ralph's wife, Mae. Ralph knew they were going to go after his wife so he went to them willingly and agreed to help Brill. Ralph lied to Brill and he ended up losing everything in the stock market. Not able to pay his thugs they turned on Brill and beat him up.

Ralph feeling bad about the situation goes to Brill the next day with offering up a way for him to make some of his funds back, but Brill still angry punches Ralph in the face. Ralph explains that he was going to give him a tip but after he was punched he hit his head and could no longer see the future.

Synopsis for "The Spy"

An alien from a methane world learns the habits of earthmen to spy upon them for an upcoming invasion. When he returns to his world to give his report, he automatically strikes a match to light a cigarette while waiting forgetting that his atmosphere is comprised of methane which is highly flammable.

Synopsis for "Rocket Time"

Chuck a kid working in Palace Amusement Park was given some tickets by his boss to ride the rides for his hard work. While working the park he saw a small kid gazing at a rocket ride for many days. One day the kid Chuck spoke to him and although he regretted it for a moment he gave away the tickets to the kid who's smile made the loss of riding the rides himself worth it. The following night the kid was at the park very late so Chuck spoke to him again and the kid had Chuck follow him to a field with other kids like him. Chuck soon realized the kids were in fact aliens when one spoke to him and informed him that their Captain Zingle appreciated the gift and that they were the Moonians who were forced to land for the time being. Their small appearance is due to the atmosphere forcing them to shrink in their suits. As thanks for the opportunity Zingle made it known that Chuck would be given a reward when they return on an official visit.

The Moonians visited some time later but this time after they had adapted to the atmosphere and Zingle was able to learn the language. Zingle officially made it known to Chuck that he and his family were invited to stay with them as thanks for his kindness.

Synopsis for "When the Sun Fell Down!"

The magician Milo Deschamps, also known as the Great Milo, is arrested after doing a show in Paris for using his hypnosis to deceive rich individuals into handing over their money. The judge sentences him to Devil's Island where he and two prisoners use Milo's gift to escape the island on a raft. While on the raft they are abducted by aliens. Milo uses the gift to get the released back onto the island where they are thankful to be free of a worse fate. The aliens however planned to take the men to their planet which they describe to be a paradise where anyone can roam free.
