History

Machine Man is the only independent entity of the Machine Men program sponsored by the U.S. military and allied with Vision and Ultron (who was in fact control by the subconscious essence of Henry Pym) in stopping the genocidal Cerebro. He helped in secretly modifying the Machine Men army controlled by Cerebro in capturing and storing the life force of every people on Earth that were killed by Cerebro's neutron bombs. Hoping that the life energies would restored humanity through Life-Model Decoys before destroying Cerebro for good. Machine Man and the others encountered the Exiles and with their help destroyed Cerebro and beginning life anew on Earth.
