The X-Council were the advisors to Eimin, the ruler of Planet X, the new homeworld for mutants after she caused the destruction of Earth at the hands of Exitar the Executioner.
After Havok, the enemy number one of Planet X, was located, the X-Council and X-Force raided his base, where they encountered he had been allied with the Chronos Corps.[1]
Havok managed to convince his brother Cyclops to help them, and they fought the X-Force in order to let Havok, Wasp, and the Chronos Corps escape and continue with their plan to save the Earth in the past.[1]
