Synopsis for "Magneto: Testament (Part 3)"
Max and his family flee from the Nazis as they invade Poland. They make their way to Warsaw only to be confined to the Warsaw ghetto along with thousands of other Jews. Conditions for those in the ghetto are harsh and they all lead a meager and desperate existence. Food is rationed and thousands starve. Max has grown bold enough to sneak out of the ghetto to smuggle food to his family from the city outside. On one such occasion, he is followed by a younger boy who is discovered and killed by a Nazi soldier. Max is prepared to kill the man but is stopped by his Uncle Erich who warns him that the Nazis will retaliate against the Jewish community a hundred-fold and that his best revenge against them is to survive. Max relents and on his way home, finds a gold coin which buys some much needed food for his sister, Ruth who is sick and starving. Soon, the Nazis begin a mass deportation of Jews from Warsaw. Rumors abound that those who board the train are killed. Max and his family evade the deportation by fleeing Warsaw. His Uncle Erich stays behind to fight and Max considers joining him. He ultimately decides to stay with his parents and sister. They meet up with a woman who has promised to lead them to safety. She betrays them to the Nazis and the Eisenhardts meet their fate before a Nazi firing squad. At the last possible moment, Max’s father throws himself in front of the bullets that would have hit his son. The family, including Max fall into a mass grave and are left for dead. Max rises from the grave hours later, in shock. It is not long before he is captured by the Nazis. He is forced aboard a freight train that takes him to the concentration camp at Auschwitz.
