Synopsis

Juggernaut's life is at risk when someone else uncovers the Ruby of Cyttorak and claims the powers of Juggernaut for himself.

Notes

This episode along with "Nightcrawler" and "Weapon X, Lies & Videotape" were originally scheduled to be part of season four; however, animation problems on other episodes led to these episodes being moved earlier in the slate.
- Disney+ lists all three episodes in their proper places.

Trivia

Juggernaut faces a Danger Room simulation of the Incredible Hulk.
The tablet's inscription when Eugene first reads it doesn't match the words when he starts a second time (it changes from "Whosoever touches the ruby" to "Whosoever possesses the gem").
The "previously on X-Men" segment, which covers "The Unstoppable Juggernaut" and "The Phoenix Saga - Part III: Cry of the Banshee", for the first (and only) time includes brand new footage, of Juggernaut crashing on the sea floor, glowing, and beginning his long walk.
