Synopsis for "Destroy All Mutants!"

Four weeks ago, Larry Trask launched his Sentinel attack on the mutants only to discover that he himself was a mutant as well. All Sentinels were seemingly destroyed by the X-Men but two week later one Sentinel rebuild itself using scrap parts of five other Sentinels. This Sentinel is now standing in a garden in Dunfee, Illinois, towering above Professor X and an unconscious Hank McCoy. The robot is holding Ashley Martin, a ten-year-old mutant, in his hand, but when she orders the Sentinel to put her down it complies – much to the surprise of the Professor. Ashley explains that the Sentinel appeared out of nowhere recently and that she hid it in the barn. Even more explanations are necessary when Ashley’s mother arrives. The Professor tells Mrs. Martin that her daughter is a mutant. As the mother accidently says the words “destroy all mutants” the Sentinel starts to attack again. Ashley orders the robot once again to stop but this time the Sentinel does not obey. This makes Ashley mad, causing her mutant powers to emerge and destroy the Sentinel.

Meanwhile, Cyclops, Marvel-Girl and Candy Southern are on an old ship with hopes to find Angel, but instead they found the female Nhu’gari mutant called Avia who has been staked to a wall. The X-Men free her and want to bring her back to the jet but are opposed by Stefan Krueger and his mutants which he just calls “freaks”. While the freaks are just weird looking, Krueger himself is a mutant with powers which not only make him immune to Cyclops’ optic blast, but also lets him shut down his enemies so they fall to the ground unconsciously. Via radio Krueger calls his partners the Blob, Mastermind and Unus, and offers them more X-Men to buy from him.

On the island of the Savage Land, Magneto is recovering quickly and ready to strike again. His first targets are two humans which are also on the island. Those two are Dr. Karl Lykos and Bobby Drake. As Bobby touches Lykos during Magneto’s attack, Lykos feeds off Bobby’s mutant energies and transforms into Sauron …
