Synopsis for 1st story

Jublilee explains that in her first life, she was killed by a Sentinel before ever realizing she was a mutant. She was then reborn with all her memories, but was killed by a Sentinel again. In her third life she finally met the X-Men, but no matter what she did, the Sentinels always won. In her ninth life, she and Nimrod learned that she only had one life left, and then Nimrod killed her. In the present, she stays hidden away on Krakoa, knowing both that her death was necessary to unite mutantkind and that it would all fall apart if they discovered her ruse.

While Rogue takes a team to bring more mutants to Krakoa, Beast works in a lab with Mr. Sinister, who is secretly working on a Chimera Project. At a sparring match, Sabretooth tries to be friendly with Wolverine, but Wolverine isn't having any of it. He goes to see Jean Grey, who is connected to all the training and projects happening on Krakoa. She is then called off to an Inner Circle meeting, while Wolverine secretly goes to investigate Jubilee's death.

At the Inner Circle meeting, Xavier lies to the other leaders of Krakoa that the X-Men's mission to the Master Mold satellite was a success. The Orchis Council then sends a multi-headed, multi-armed Sentinel to attack Krakoa. Cyclops has Jean rally all the nearby mutants to fight back and protect Krakoa, then destroys the Sentinel thanks to Fabian Cortez supercharging his optic blast. As Cyclops claims that Krakoa works, Orchis receives all of the data on the mutants the Sentinel took while it was attacking. Wolverine then sniffs his way to Jubilee's hiding place, trailed by Sabretooth.
