Synopsis for "House Arrest (Part 1): Losing It"

Polaris becomes aware that she has lost her powers just as the Sentinel O.N.E. Squad arrives at the X-Mansion. The X-Men assume that they are under attack and engage, including a depowered Iceman, who joins the fray despite Havock's advice to remain in the mansion. Polaris does not want the others to know that she's powerless out of a fear of losing her friends and family, and her cover supplies itself when a sentinel is toppled just before stepping on she and Iceman, who believes she used her magnetic powers to stop it. Meanwhile, two Sapien League members are seen in the woods with the Leper Queen and quietly and fearfully discuss her, with one stating that she killed the only League member to ever see under her mask. Hoping that her powers might resurface if she needs them in the face of danger, Lorna approaches a sentinel, which picks her up and drops her in the woods, where she finds Sentinel Squad footsoldiers and Valerie Cooper. Emma, from Cerebro, informs Scott that the Sentinels read as human as, unbeknownst to the team, these sentinels are being piloted from within.
