Synopsis for "Back From the Dead (Part 4): More Than She Can Chew?"
Two men rushed to their car, out of a bowling alley before they were blown up by the same killer responsible for the shootings. Later, after Henrietta became the new Secretary of Homeland Defense, the media showed her new costumes for X-Statix and she was photographed for TIME magazine and a hospital bedridden Reggie in Europa threw his copy outside of a window. As his final request, he ordered his associate Dicky to obtain documents from his office that proved Spike Freeman's sale of chemicals to Saddam Hussein, then give the documents to Lacuna.
Meanwhile, Henrietta led X-Statix around the country in hopes of finding the random killers. When Myles declared that they needed a "system", Henrietta resorted to throwing darts at a map of the U.S. in the hopes of unseen hands from the spirit world guiding her. As Henrietta attempted to contact spirits for help, Tike had Dead Girl contact the spirits and stop them from helping. As the media wondered what the motivation behind the random killings was, they interviewed Henrietta and asked her what she was doing to protect the people, as she was pelted with trash. Later, Guy appeared on Lacuna's show, where she attempted to kiss him and make him forget all about both Venus and Edie, although he pushed her towards a table and she accused him of assaulting her.
Later, as Lacuna was walking down the street, Dicky gave her a folder with information that he claimed would destroy the reputations of Spike Freeman and X-Statix. The media played a video from a man called Mister Code, who claimed that the random killings were good for them and would continue until he had "changed America." When a man named Joe told Spike that he could not acquire Reggie's documents, the latter phoned Mister Code.
Guy met Lacuna near the ocean and learned that she had documents that linked Spike to Saddam Hussein. She also revealed that if the documents were made public, Edie's reputation would be destroyed, as well, as they would paint her as having agreed to sell weapons to Saddam Hussein. Afterwards, Guy confronted Spike about Edie before he explained that she needed money to pay for her expensive lifestyle, how Zeitgeist had to pay for their building's rent, and Doop's medical treatment. When Guy told Spike that he would attempt to obtain the documents from Lacuna, the latter revealed that he planned to make her a victim of the random killings, leading the former to kick him in the neck, snapping it and killing him, as a result.
Guy rushed to Lacuna's studio, as a sniper waited for her, and although he rushed towards her, he was too late to stop her from getting shot.
