History

An alliance of Russian Mafia CIA intelligence assets in Spectrum Dynamics, and the LCL who backed a coup in Wakanda that was led by Reverend Achebe. The plot was uncovered by the Black Panther, who presented the testimony of several principals before the United Nations general assembly.

Xcon later used King Solomon's Frogs to replace the United States President and the Canadian Prime Minister with brainwashed future counterparts, allowing them to secretly take over both countries. White Wolf killed most of its leaders and took over Xcon, seeking revenge on Tony Stark for his buyout of the Wakanda Design Group while continuing their plan of world domination. T'Challa foiled Xcon's plot by invading the White House during a meeting between U.S. and Canadian leaders to discuss a crisis which he had caused.
