President of Yaochi, dominated the planet with an iron fist helped by his automatons Actroids and experimenting on the people treating them as guinea pigs. Upon the arrival of Iron Fist on the planet, the President Xing unleashed against him the Fat Cobra rebuilt as a obedient cyborg. Iron Fist sacrificed himself and at his death his chi revived him in the form of a giant machine that killed both Fat Cobra and Xing freeing thus the people of Yaochi[1].
