An unidentified man with an organic power horn and the costume of the original Unicorn was found rampaging through Russia. He was recruited into Remont 4, a group of Communist party supporting superhumans during the downfall of the Soviet Union.[2]

  • Power Horn: Unicorn’s horn was charged with energy, and shorted out Iron Man’s armor when it struck him. He also displayed superhuman strength and toughness, enough to resist Iron Man’s repulsors and War Machine’s blasts

Since Balinov's debut, the original Unicorn has turned up alive and a third, non-Russian Unicorn debuted. Crowd shots and a lack of proper names used in stories has made it difficult to swear which of the three Unicorns has been present at particular events.
