History
Yuri is a partner of Captain George Stacy who led a hunt for Spider-Woman. They responded to a situation in the Guggenheim Museum where who they assumed to be the Vulture was on a rampage. Spider-Woman showed up and webbed both of them to their car before going in on her own. Captain Stacy eventually freed himself and led a group of his fellow cops inside as well.[1]
