History
Zan Philo and his ship, Resolute Duty, was accidentally flung from the universe of Earth-616 to Earth-7643 due to a Stargate accident. He attempted to return home but failed multiple times. so he decided to carry on his Nova Corps duties, bringing order to the lawless worlds. Thirty-five years later, he had captured a Neutron Slave boss, before being tailed by Mindless Ones. By 2009, a massive space-time tear called the Fault had opened, allowing Philo to return to his own universe, where he detected Ego the Living Planet as "Nu-Xandar". Philo reconnected with the restored Corps under Nova Prime Richard Rider and agreed to train the probationers to bring the Corps back to its former glory.[1]
