History
Origin
Xemu was the despotic Prime Minister of the Fifth Dimension.[2]
Conquest of Earth
He started a plan to conquer Earth at first, but a recent urban development work would have allowed the humans to discover the portal between the two worlds, so he sent people out to destroy it.[2]
This attracted the attention of the Human Torch, who was captured and taken to the fifth dimension. He was eventually freed by the former Prime Minister Phineas and his daughter Valeria, and the trio eventually started a revolution ending with Xemu overthrown by his people.[2]
Attack on Attilan
He reappeared, reconquering the fifth dimension first, then Attilan where he took the Inhumans captive. He tried to hold the world hostage using a device constructed by Phineas, but his plan was foiled by the Fantastic Four.[4]
