Zirksu (Earth-616) from Marvel Premiere Vol 1 35

Zirksu as Diabolik

Zirksu was a member of the Skrull army that operated during the late 50s and an enemy of the first 3-D Man. He was first seen in the Skrull ship that kidnapped the NASA pilot Chuck Chandler, while he was testing the latest NASA's prototype, the XF-13. After Chuck's escape, he survived the Skrull ship's explosion and he followed Chuck on Earth. Discovering that Chuck has become the 3-D Man, he decided to assume the identity of Diabolik, a communist spy, and collaborate with the Russians to catch 3-D Man. Eventually 3-D Man defeated the spies and Zirksu revealed his identity to Chuck, but managed to escape.[2]

Zirksu as Boss Buzz

He then assumed the identity of Boss Buzz, the leader of a street gang. Thanks to his Skrull-sensing powers, 3-D Man found him and easily defeated his gang, but Zirksu escaped, assuming another identity: Doc Rock, a DJ. Thanks to this identity he gave a special guitar to a young rockstar, Vince Rivers, acting as his manager. The guitar was actually a Skrull experimental weapon, which could alter teenagers' behavior. 3-D Man helped the police to calm down the teenagers and Vince was arrested, even if the criminal was in fact Doc Rock.[3]

Zirksu as Doc Rock

Zirksu then assumed the identity of the vice-president Richard Nixon, to convince unsuccessful scientist Eric Sinkovitz that 3-D Man was actually a red spy. Sinkovitz used his scientific experiments to become the Cold Warrior and started a battle with 3-D Man, who defeated him. Then Zirksu, disappointed for his failure, abandoned Nixon's identity to take a less notable appearance, and stopped trying to catch 3-D Man.[4]
