History
The mentally unstable daughter of Roxxon CEO David Walsh. After years of hearing about her fathers unethical experimental practices and his use of human traffickers to obtain test subjects, she set off a missile on the roof of Roxxon headquarters, getting thrown by the blast and caught by Scarlet Spider.[1] Grateful to the hero for saving her, Zoe took him home and had sex with him, but when she claimed she was the one who fired the missile, Kaine left. Shortly after her, Zoe was brought by her father.[1] Kaine, managed to escape the Rangers and took Zoe away with him.[2] The girl told him that her father was doing something illegal in Galveston and promised to show him and although at first it seemed there was nothing wrong, it was later revealed that Zoe had been telling the truth.[2] Shortly thereafter the demon Mammon (which Zoe's father wanted to use as a power source) broke loose on the platform and as the Scarlet Spider and the Rangers battled him, David arrived on the scene to kill the heroes and take his daughter to the asylum.[3] When Mammon tried to steal Zoe's body, David prevented him, but was possessed in her stead.[3] Kaine managed to free him, but the man ended up in a coma and Zoe seeing her act of love towards her, forgave him and decided to take revenge on Kaine, holding him responsible for the conditions of her father.[3] Months later Zoe's hired men finally found out that Kaine lived at the Four Seasons and Zoe went there immediately, blowing up Kaine's room with a bazooka shot.[4] Zoe and the other occupants of the room were thrown out of the blast, but Kaine managed to save everyone with cobwebs.[5]
Considering that police officer Wally Layton was also on the scene, it is likely that Zoe was arrested and interned.[5]Attributes

Trivia
•Zoe's mental instability is apparently hereditary, as after her father's arrest it was reported that there were cases of mental illness in the Walsh family.
•Curiously, David Walsh said that Zoe inherited her instability from her mother. It is therefore possible that Zoe's madness stems from both of her parents.
